New Homes Sales Continue to Improve

(Wake Forest, NC – March 9, 2011)— Heritage Wake Forest, the Triangle’s leading New Home community, is happy to report that January and February had higher new home sales figures than any new year start since 2006. 

As of February 28, 2011, Heritage has sold 37 new homes priced from the upper $100s to the $600s.  These homes represent 15 different builders offering varying styles and prices including townhomes and single family homes.
