The 47th Annual Parade of Homes runs for three weekends: September 29-30 (Sat & Sunday), October 5-7 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), and October 12-14 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

The Fall Parade of Homes presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County features the largest number of open houses in the Triangle. Parade homes are open from noon to 5 p.m. each weekend and showcase the best of new home design trends. This free public event includes single family homes, townhomes, and condos in the area.
