(WAKE FOREST, NC)— Ammons Development Group reports that Heritage builders received nine of the awards given at the Parade of Homes gala on Tuesday, October 9, 2012.  The Parade of Homes, one of the largest annually judged home tours in the country, showcases the newest design trends and home features for 2012 in almost 200 homes throughout Wake County.  Heritage has 17 different homes participating in the 2012 Parade of Homes.

Medallion Construction led the winners with four separate awards of the evening, including one perfect score.  They received a Gold Award with a perfect score for their Brunswick ranch plan in Heritage Gates, which features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is priced at $314,073.  They also claimed a Gold Award for the Sampson model in Heritage Gates with its first-floor master, priced at $417,848.  The Richmond model in Heritage Gates, which took home a Silver Award, boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is priced at $375,897.  Additionally, Medallion Construction took home a Bronze Award for their 3 bedroom, 2 bath Alleghany floor plan, listed at $336,315 and also located in Heritage Gates.

L and L of Raleigh also brought home the Gold twice.  Their Charlotte’s Request design in Heritage Gates was a winner with its 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch layout, priced at $339,900.  Their second Gold Awardof the night was awarded to Cuttin’ It Close, a ranch plan in Heritage Gates with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths at $349,900.

Dillon Construction Co., Inc. was recognized with a Bronze Award for The Norwood, a first-floor master design in Heritage Valley with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms priced at $389,900.

Also, winning a Bronze Award is the spacious Redwood by Foxwood Builders, Inc. that features more than 3,200 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and priced at $450,000.  The Redwood is located in Heritage Valley.

Homes by Dickerson was also honored with a Bronze Award for The Riviera plan including a first-floor master and guest suite.  This 3,300 square foot design in Heritage Overlook has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and is priced at $519,900.
