(Charlotte, NC)— Heritage was recognized by the North Carolina Home Builder’s Association at the annual STARS Awards for Best Brochure/Marketing Piece for a Community with a Sales Price of $250,000 – $500,000.  The 2012 STARS Awards, held on September 26 at the Omni Charlotte Hotel, acknowledged North Carolina builders and developers for outstanding marketing and advertising efforts.

Marketing pieces were judged on their aesthetics, originality and ability to convey the message of the community.  Heritage’s brochure won for its pictorial and verbal layout encompassing the lifestyle a buyer would experience and reassuring the buyer of the community’s longevity and their solid investment.
