Did you attend this year’s Parade of Homes the last weekend in September and the first two weekends in October while looking for a new home in Wake Forest or Rolesville? Medallion Construction received a Gold Award with a perfect score for their Brunswick ranch plan in Heritage Gates, which features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is priced at $314,073.  They also claimed a Gold Award for the Sampson model in Heritage Gates with its first-floor master, priced at $417,848.  Their Richmond model in Heritage Gates took home a Silver Award, has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is priced at $375,897.  Medallion Construction received a Bronze Award for their 3 bedroom, 2 bath Alleghany floor plan, listed at $336,315 is also located in Heritage Gates.

L and L of Raleigh received two Gold awards for their Charlotte’s Request design in Heritage Gates,  3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch layout priced at $339,900, and their Cuttin’ It Close ranch plan in Heritage Gates with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths priced at $349,900.

Dillon Construction Co., Inc. received a Bronze Award for The Norwood floorplan, a first-floor master design in Heritage Valley with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms priced at $389,900.

Foxwood Builders, Inc. won a Bronze Award for their spacious Redwood floorplan featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and more than 3,200 square feet.   The Redwood is located in Heritage Valley and priced at $450,000.

Homes by Dickerson received a Bronze Award for The Riviera plan with a first-floor master and guest suite.  This 3,300 square foot design in Heritage Overlook has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and is priced at $519,900.
